Davidson Brothers Planning to Build New Brewery

Glens Falls, New York, March 14, 2013 ‐ Brothers Rick & John Davidson, founders and owners of Glens Falls‐based Davidson Brothers Brewing Company, are announcing plans to build a 20,000‐square foot craft brewery in Queensbury, New York. The tentative location of the planned brewery is at 1043 U.S. Route 9, formerly a multi‐screen movie theater and currently home to The Sports Zone and Replay Sports retail stores. Pending approvals, property acquisition could take place as soon as May with initial production commencing by March 2014. The approximately $3.5 million project will include a 50‐barrel brew house with packaging and kegging lines, as well as a visitor tour experience, tasting room and company store, and will initially employ six to twelve people. Accommodation of tour buses is planned. "We are very excited Davidson Brothers has chosen Queensbury as home for their new brewery and company store," says Queensbury Town Supervisor, Ron Montesi. "Their brand is wellknown and their brewery will be a welcome addition to visitor attractions located within the town." Initial production capacity will be approximately 10,000 barrels or 138,000 cases per year.

Davidson Brothers Brewing Company is an independent, family‐owned business which has operated a brewpub in nearby Glens Falls since 1996 and which began distribution of Davidson Brothers beers that same year. "We delivered our first keg to The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing just two months after we opened," says co‐founder Rick Davidson. "And each year for the past sixteen we've had to brew a lot more beer than the year before." Davidson Brothers initially brewed all their beer on the 7‐ barrel brew system in their Glen Street brewpub, but quickly ran out of capacity. Since 2001, Davidson Brothers beers have also been brewed at Shipyard Brewery in Portland, Maine. Construction of the new Queensbury brewery will enable Davidson Brothers to brew all their beer in Warren County. “Today’s announcement is truly fantastic news for the economic engine of Warren County and the region” said EDC Chairman, Charles R. Barton. “Not only are the Davidson’s bringing current out‐ofstate production into Warren County, but they are adding another exciting dynamic to their business. The positive impact to our tourism product will be heralded.” The brothers and their family will continue to operate their popular restaurant and brewery in Glens Falls.

Davidson Brothers Brewpub is home to the first and only authentic Peter Austin Brick Kettle British brew system installed in any brewpub in New York. John Davidson says, "We chose this rare brew system with its traditional open‐top fermentation because with it we can handcraft truly world‐class beers. We chose Shipyard as our contract partner because they brew on a Peter Austin as well. Our new Queensbury brewery will house the second‐largest Peter Austin system in the United States, the largest being Shipyard's." Design, custom fabrication, installation and commissioning of the Queensbury brewery's system will be overseen by internationally acclaimed Master Brewer, Alan Pugsley, originally of England's famous Ringwood Brewery and co‐founder of Shipyard Brewing. With Peter Austin & Partners and his own Pugsley's Brewing Projects, Pugsley has overseen the design and installation of over 70 Peter Austin brew systems worldwide.

Fort Edward natives Rick & John Davidson conceived the idea of opening a brewpub during a visit to Baltimore, Maryland's Wharf Rat brewpub in 1993. At the time, there were less than 500 breweries in the U.S. Since then, microbreweries have experienced explosive growth. Today there are well over 2,200 breweries operating in the country with more than 1,000 planned. According to the Brewers Association, craft beer volume rose 13% in 2011 and another 12% in the first half of 2012. Davidson Brothers Brewing has experienced double‐digit volume growth each of the past three years with sales volume more than doubling in the past twenty‐four months. Davidson Brothers beers are distributed throughout seventeen counties of upstate New York as well as throughout New York City. The largest distributor of Davidson Brothers beers is Saratoga Eagle Sales & Service of Saratoga Springs covering an area from the Capital District north to Massena.

NYC Craft Beer Festival – Spring Seasonals Returns To Lexington Armory, Mar. 30TH

New York, NY (Feb. 20th) - The Hand Crafted Tasting Company is proud to announce the return of its NYC Craft Beer Festival to the Lexington Avenue Armory (68 Lexington Ave.) in Manhattan on Saturday, March 30th, 2013. The March tasting will showcase spring releases from 75 of America’s best Craft Breweries, with approximately 150 selections, along with wonderfully prepared food that is designed specifically to be consumed while enjoying the tasting sessions from NYC Craft Beer restaurants The Guilty Goose, Coopers Craft & Kitchen, and Tavern 29.

Examples of tasting pours available to all attendees on the Armory’s Drill Hall floor will include Allagash Interlude, Firestone Walker Double Jack, Two Brothers Cain & Ebel, Goose Island Sofie, Ballast Point Sculpin Ale and approximately 140 other selections.

The NYC Craft Beer Festival will offer two sessions, 12:30 PM-4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM-9:30 PM. Tickets are on-sale now at NYCCraftBeerFest.com/tickets-spring

“The NYC Craft Beer Festival is a true celebration of the American craft beer experience. We invite the country’s best craft brewers to come together at one time, in one place, so attendees can sample a careful selection of the best Spring seasonal brews the brewers have to offer,” said Jim Pickett, Founder Gotham Artisanal and event consultant.

Snacks will be available for purchase in the food court from Craft Beer focused restaurants The Guilty Goose, Coopers Craft Kitchen, and Tavern 29. These selections include Stout braised pulled pork sandwich with chipotle barbecue on a brioche bun; Veggie Chili with Black and Cannellini beans with a tomato base; spicy chicken tacos made with pulled roasted chicken, Mole sauce and Napa Slaw; Triple cream gluten-free mac and cheese; Jalapeno guacamole with cilantro lime chips; Hickory smoked chicken empanadas with charred tomato sauce; and steak skewers with Grilled grass fed hanger steak, bell peppers, and ancho bourbon BBQ sauce.

During the event, leading Craft Beer and Homebrew experts will host intimate, 50 person, firstcome, first serve, seminars, and many brewers representatives will be available at the taps to educate the guests about their liquid offerings.

Giancarlo and Sarah Annese from the NYC Craft Beer News site, BeerUnion.com, will hold a seminar & blind tasting to explore the question, “What is "Craft" beer, really?” Attendees will participate in a blind tasting of Craft beers alongside non-craft beers to see if they can tell the difference. A spirited discussion will focus on the official definition of "craft" beer, and what it may mean to you.

Douglas Amport from Bitter & Esters will teach people the basics of Home Brewing. In this discussion, Douglas will cover all the basic brewing points and provide resources that will have you brewing your beer in your apartment in no time. You'll learn about extract brewing, malts, grains, yeasts, and how to avoid or troubleshoot the most common problems.

Mike Lovullo, Specialty Brands Manager from Union Beer Distributors, will be hosting a Beer style comparison seminar and tasting. The tasting will include 6 beers with 2 examples from each of the 3 styles being discussed. As there are hundreds of different beer styles and growing, there are still many different variations within those styles and this seminar and tasting is meant to educate the seminar audience about the differences and nuances.

VIP and Connoisseur ticket holders can enter the Armory an hour earlier and have access to the beer, the brewers and the food during this first hour. This is a great time to speak with some of your favorite brewer representatives and avoid what is expected to be a sold-out, capacity audience later in the day.

Finally, just one hundred & fifty Connoisseur tickets are available for purchase per session. The Connoisseur package offers a speedy entrance line to the Armory and access to the exclusive Connoisseurs Lounge for the entire session. The Connoisseurs Lounge is a great, relaxing place to get away from the throng at the historic armory’s main drill-hall floor.

“We are offering a private lounge environment for beer Connoisseurs to listen to live, acoustic, Blues & Folk influenced music all while sampling some of the rarest and most exciting beers you will ever get a chance to drink. Complementary gourmet finger foods from Draught 55, Pennsylvania 6 and Firebird will be offered at no additional cost,” says The Hand Crafted Tasting Company founder Ken Tesler.

Hand-Crafted Tasting Company is the Food & Beverage division of Mad Dog Presents, A concert production & event planning company.

Brewery Ommegang Releases Scythe and Sickle Harvest Ale

Celebrating the Harvest with its first-ever Fall seasonal ale.

(COOPERSTOWN, NY) Brewery Ommegang is debuting a new palate pleasing seasonal fall beer, Scythe & Sickle Harvest Ale. Scythe & Sickle is an-amber ale brewed with a variety of malts, including pils, rye flakes and oat flakes, for incredible depth of flavor and a hint of natural sweetness. Scythe & Sickle brings a new life and flavor to autumn beer lists traditionally filled with Oktoberfests and pumpkin ales. The flavors of the hard work of summer and the celebration of autumn harvest are captured in Scythe & Sickle, creating a unique but traditional Ommegang farmhouse harvest ale.

“Scythe & Sickle is our foray into honoring the harvest season, taking the finest malts and blending them seamlessly into a rich amber ale,” says Brew Master Phil Leinhart. “Farming is about precision, timing and care, and this gently sweet ale is our testament to the craft and care of farming.”

Brewed with balance in mind, Scythe & Sickle boasts a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with light toastiness. It is bright amber in color from the mixed malts and delicately hopped to counter, rather than overpower, the malt profile. It is available exclusively from September through November in all 43 states where Ommegang is currently offered on draft and in 12-ounce bottles.

Brewery Ommegang opened in 1997 to craft-brew fine Belgian-style ales. The brewery creates six ales year-round as well as a range of seasonal and specialty ales. The beers have won national following by connoisseurs of fine beer and are distributed in over 40 states. The brewery is located on a 136-acre farmstead in Cooperstown, New York (656 County Highway 33) and offers free daily tours and tastings, as well as a well-stocked brewery store and cafĂ©. Ommegang is open every day of the year except for Christmas Eve day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Year’s Day. For more info, contact info@ommegang.com, call 1-800-544-1809, or visit www.ommegang.com. Ommegang is a member of the Duvel family of fine beers. The Good Beer Seal Inducts 2012 Class

The Seal is given to bars that serve "good beer" and was developed when Garry Gillis of the Burp Castle and Standings, Ray Deter of DBA and DBA Williamsburg, and Jimmy Carbone of Jimmy’s No. 43 joined together in attempt to certify bars that served good beer.

According to the Good Beer Seal website, there are five criteria for receiving a Good Beer Seal.

1) Have 80% craft domestic or special imported beers
2) Serve a good portion of their beers via a draft beer and/or cask ale program
3) Maintain a strong “Pub” vibe as a nice, local place to drink a beer and visit with friends
4) Active community presence, as well as being an independently operated establishment
5) Good beer should be a strong feature, if not THE FOCUS of the operation

2012 TAP-NY Preview

The annual TAP-NY festival is set to kick off on Saturday and the biggest beer festival in New York is expected to get even bigger this year. The sixteenth edition of the festival will hand out the F.X. Matt Memorial Cup and Matthew Vassar Brewers' Cup for the best brewery in New York State and the Hudson Valley as well as the John Calen Memorial Award. Calen was a founding member of the festival and passed away last year. An award was created in his name to crown the best beer in a pre-selected style. This year's award will be handed out to the best porter beer at the festival.

With the event just days away, it is time to release our annual TAP-NY preview.  Our final count has 46 breweries pouring 183 beers. TheFoamingHead has tasted and reviewed over a third of the beers that will be poured and have included the links to these reviews.  (Editor's Note: The people at TAP-NY have a count of over 200 beers being poured for the first time in the event's history this year.)

Here are the things that TheFoamingHead will be on the look out for at TAP-NY:

* There will be nine new breweries making their TAP-NY debut. Bacchus Brewing Company, Finger Lakes Beer Company, Jonas Bronck's Beer Company, Keuka Brewing Company, Newburgh Brewing Company, Port Jeff Brewing Company, Roc Brewing Company, Spider Bite Beer Company, and The Bronx Brewery.

I have not had the chance to taste many of the beers from the first time pourers.  While I look forward to all of them, The Bronx Brewery Pale Ale has been receiving all sorts of rave reviews out of beer geeks in NYC.

* It will be interesting to see what Barrier brings to defend its F.X. Matt title from last year. Ditto for Crossroads and their Vassar Cup. The bar is open in Athens with the restaurant coming very soon. With head brewer Hutch Kugeman (one of ym favorites) at the helm, the beer will always be good.

* I was able to attend the Brooklyn Brewery release party for their new Brewmaster's Reserve beer, Gold Standard. It is a great beer that fills a need for the lager style. This is a must try.

* The Brown's Whiskey Porter is one of the best beers in NY when it is brewed fresh.  It usually is for this event.

* Cave Mountain brought a 400 IBU bomb to last year's event. This years head-turner? Hemp Seed IPA.

* Custom Brewcrafters makes some incredible beer from the Rochester area, yet few from downstate know much about it. Consider TAP their coming out party.

* The IPA from Empire Brewing Company is one of the highest rated beers on TheFoamingHead.

* Mrs. FoamingHead will be upset to see that brewer Ed Samchisen decided to leave his Hot-Jala-Heim pepper beer behind. It is her favorite part of the festival every year. Regardless, there will be some great beer from the underappreciated brewery.

* It is hard to find any of the beers from Long Ireland in the Hudson Valley so this might be a rare opportunity to taste through their offerings.

* We mentioned them before but the Newburgh Brewing Company will make i's grand entrance to the NY craft beer world. (The company released their beers this weekend but with an expected 6,000 attendees this will be their big introduction.) A short ride from Hunter, we think this might be the one of the most talked about breweries of the weekend.  Also, newer breweries have taken three of the last four cups awarded so don't be surprised if Newburgh (or one of the other newbies) takes home a cup.

* This will be the first TAP festival for the Jeff O' Neill as the brewmaster of Peekskill. The "Chief", who previosuly brewed at Ithaca, is considered one of the best brewers in the state. His first brews at his new job were very impressive.  Here is my pick for a medal, a cup, or a combination of both.

* Southern Tier is considered by quite a few to be the best brewery in NY. They have put their back burner (91 points for the original) in oak and will be pouring the new version.

* Like Custom Brewcrafters, Three Heads can get overlooked because of their location.  An unknown who greatly impressed the masses last year, their new Common Man Specal Lager will be worth seeking out.

*Seriously, the rave reviews about Bronx Pale Ale have been coming in waves. This might be the first beer tasted by TheFoamingHead.

2011 Beer Year in Review: Schumer Launches "I Love NY Brew" Campaign

With the end of the year approaching, we decided to look back at some of the noteworthy craft beer stories from New York in 2011.

Earlier this month, U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer launched an initiative to promote beer grown in New York State. The campaign titled, “I Love NY Brew” is co-sponsored by the New York State Brewers Association and is designed to get more restaurants, bars, convenience stores and supermarkets to sell more beer brewed in New York State. The senator wrote a personal letter to the National Association of Convenience Stores and Fuel Retailing, as well as the New York State Restaurant Association, urging both to sell more local beers.

After touring several breweries earlier this year, Schumer is looking to the local beer industry to pump some money into the state’s struggling economy.  On his tour, Schumer noted that brewery owners tend to put increased revenue back into their business through either expansion or hiring new employees.

“According to the Beer Institute, the 60,000 brewing-related (brewing, distribution, and sales) jobs in New York paid $4.6 billion in wages last year and accounted for more than $13.2 billion in economic activity during 2010. New York breweries paid $1.13 billion in federal taxes and $1.14 billion in state and local taxes last year.”

You can find Schumer's letter as well as the accompanying press release here: http://schumer.senate.gov/Newsroom/record.cfm?id=335126

While the "I Love NY Brew Campaign" may not have much of an impact on the craft beer industry in New York, (it has no state funding, making it basically a PR move by Schumer), it brings up an interesting idea.  The craft beer market is one of the fastest rising markets in the country and that is particularly true in New York. According to Schumer, there are 77 microbreweries, regional craft breweries and brewpubs across New York.  This is an increase of 32 from seven years ago, with plans to build another 39 breweries throughout the state.

In addition to an increasing number of breweries, we have seen an increase in the number of beer stores and beer bars popping up all over the state.  The next big trend seems to be grocery and convenience stores stocking their shelves with more local beer.  As Schumer spoke with brewers on his tour, they pointed out that this is the biggest untapped market for them.

Yesterday, we told you about Sunoco's Craft Beer Exchange Program.  In 2012, it will be interesting to watch the beer shelves and coolers in local grocery and convenience stores to see if more New York produced craft beer starts to appear.  If so, it can only mean good things for our local breweries.

2011 Beer Year in Review: Craft Beer Exchange

With the end of the year approaching, we decided to look back at some of the noteworthy craft beer stories from New York in 2011.

A craft beer drinker has traditionally had two options when seeking out their favorite brews.  The first option is to find a beverage store that carries one's favorite labels.  Over the last few years, this has gotten easier as stores have seen the opportunity to profit off the rise in demand for craft beer, and have started to stock their shelves.  Unfortunatly, I have found that this has brought about several new problems, the biggest one being store owners leaving beer out way past it's maturity date.

The second option for a craft beer fan has been to head straight for the source and purchase beer from a local brewery.  While this is one of my favorite ways to buy beer, it is not always the most practical.  While buying beer from the brewer is usually the most cost-effective and guarentees you the freshest beer, not everyone in New York lives close enough to a brewery to stop on the way home and stock up.

Brewers believe that the next big market opprtunity lies with grocery stores and conveinence stores.  This Summer, Sunoco hopped onto the crowded craft beer bandwagon by starting its Craft Beer Exchange program at twelve of its APlus convenience stores.  The program offerered customers the ability to created a mixed six pack of 12-ounce bottles for $9.99 as well as a choice of 12 rotating taps to fill up 64-ounce growlers.

The Philadelphia-based company started the Craft Beer Exchange in the Buffalo area as a test program at twelve of its stores.  The feedback was so good that Sunoco decided to expand the program to fourteen locations in the Rochester and Southern Tier regions.

The taps at the Latta Road Craft Beer Exchange

I was able to visit the Latta Road location in Rochester, NY over the holiday weekend.  The selection of taps was impressive and the selection of 6 packs was even better.  The beers available to creat your own 6 pack was solid. The prices ranged from about $9.99 to $17.99 per growler with  If there was a downside, it was that 4 of the 12 tap lines were out and that service was a litle slow, although that taps being low might have been due to the holiday weekend rush and the service due to the fact that an elderly man had fallen outside and a Sunoco attendant was dealing with the situation.

Sunoco seems to be onto something here.  The tap area was extrememly clean and the selction available was impressive.  With convenience and grocery stores are the next big thing for the craft beer industry and it will be interesting to see if other local chains such as Stewart's start to stock more craft beers.

Greenport Harbor To Expand

GREENPORT HARBOR BREWING IS EXPANDING:
Purchasing Lucas Ford Dealership in Southold

Keeping Tasting Room in Greenport

Greenport, NY. In order to make room for additional production capacity and ultimately the bottling of its beer, Greenport Harbor Brewing Company announced that it is now in contract on the Lucas Ford dealership in the Hamlet of Peconic, Southold Town.

There are, however, no plans to leave Greenport.

"Our heart and soul will always be in Greenport", said Richard Vandenburgh who co-founded the Brewery with his best friend, John Liegey. "We will maintain the tasting room on Carpenter Street and use the production space for an apprenticeship program. We want to give those interested in breaking into the business an opportunity to learn."

The Lucas Ford property not only provides room for increased operations, but land to cultivate and explore local grown crops solidifying the North Fork as a local beer destination. Once completed, it will also hold a tasting room with indoor and outdoor seating.

Greenport Harbor Brewery plans to close on the new property in spring of 2012 and be up-and-running in January of 2013. The new facility, with its 25,000 barrel brew house system, will quadruple production and double its workforce in 24 months.

Greenport Harbor Brewery is currently located on 234 Carpenter Street in Greenport, New York. Its mission is to create great tasting, local craft beer. No frills or fanciness--just great beer. Learn more at www.harborbrewing.com

Sixpoint Releases Diesel In Cans

Original Sixpoint Offering is Brewery’s Limited-Edition Winter Can Release
November 21, 2011, BROOKLYN, NY — Fans of Sixpoint can now pick up the Sixpoint classic offering in 16-ounce cans starting this week. The Brooklyn-based brewery has just released Diesel cans for a limited time, available in bars and stores wherever Sixpoint is sold. Diesel marks the winter installment of the seasonal canned beer rotation, which was introduced this fall with Autumnation.

Sixpoint’s Diesel has been available as draft-only since 2005, the year the brewery began production. With a roasted, robust flavor and effervescent quality unlike most stout ales, the beer has been fondly welcomed each winter by both Sixpoint staff members as well as the public. The cans, which are black aluminum with bronze accents, reflect the beer’s intense and nuanced sooty-brown hue.

“Diesel was one of the first beers we ever made, an original homebrew recipe of mine. This beer was being brewed well before the style category ‘Black IPA’ was even invented. The original intention of this beer was to merge the hoppy and spicy characteristics of a solid IPA with the roasted and nutty character of an American Stout. Our fans have always regarded this beer as a cult classic, and now it is available for them to take home in 16 oz. cans, in true Sixpoint style.”

Speaking on behalf of the Sixpoint brewing staff, brewer Sean Redmond said of Diesel: “It’s always been hands-down our favorite beer that we make.”

As cans of Autumnation fade to black Diesel, fans can look forward to two more seasonal beers in cans from Sixpoint to come in 2012. The seasonal offerings have provided an exciting dimension to Sixpoint’s highly acclaimed canned beer program, which was introduced just three months ago. Soon after the brewery’s core beer flavors — Sweet Action, Bengali Tiger IPA, Righteous Ale, and The Crisp — became available in cans, customers began depleting stocks faster than they could be produced, and fans clamored for more of their favorite Sixpoint flavors to be available in the portable canned format. The design of the cans has earned praise from Esquire, The New York Times, and numerous websites and blogs, such as Power Animals, which dubbed it, “The classiest beer can ever.”

Peekskill Brewery Ready to Celebrate 3rd Birthday!

Peekskill, NY- Beer “geeks” of every kind are welcomed to join the Peekskill Brewery’s third birthday celebration on Saturday, October 15th. The birthday bash will begin at 2 pm on Railroad Avenue in Peekskill with the Hudson River as its backdrop.
This annual event focuses on local craft and creativity, drawing on Peekskill and surrounding areas to contribute handmade art, music, food, and of course, beer.

The main attraction-the tasting of fine craft beers- will take place under a tent and will include sought-after beers from longtime brewer friends like Kelso of Brooklyn and Ithaca Brewing Co., and new additions to the local New York brewery scene.

As a community event, the day also features a schedule of free live music ranging from funk, punk, rock and indie. The bands range from national to regional to local acts, but all got their start in the Peekskill/Cortlandt Manor area.

Local vendors and restaurants will set up shop to showcase food items, vintage accessories, handcrafted jewelry, landscape photography, sculpture and knitwear. In addition, family friendly activities such as pumpkin decorating, face painting and a bounce castle will be avaialble with a suggested donation fee of $5. Proceeds of the kids activities and games will be donated to a local charity.

Peekskill Brewery To Host PB Pig Out: A Craft Beer and Pork Event

For Immediate Release
June 1, 2011- “It would be disingenuous to the animal to not make the most of the whole beast”  (Nose to Tail: The Whole Beast, By Fergus Henderson) .  The Peekskill Brewery will be hosting its first ever “PB Pig Out” on Sunday, June 26th.  Chef Sean Corcoran, a longtime fan of Fergus Henderson’s Nose to Tail: The Whole Beast is using this concept as inspiration to use every part of the pig and a create a complete feast with seasonal sides and Peekskill Brewery beers.
The event will allow for over 20 dishes to be made from the pig and served in a large picnic format. Tented tables will provide a relaxed and casual atmosphere to enjoy live music, eat and enjoy Peekskill Brewery beer from 1pm-4pm.
Corcoran will be available that day to discuss the dishes and his technique.   “The idea is simple- paying tribute to the animal by using all of its parts- not just those that have been commercialized in our culture. This is going to be fun,” said Corcoran.
Tickets for the event went on sale Monday 30th and are $50 for beer and food; they can be purchased at The Peekskill Brewery. Tickets must be purchased in advance since space is limited and will sell out quickly.  For more information please call 914-734-2337.

Octavia's Porch to Host Innis & Gunn Beer Dinner

Oak aged beers have been growing in popularity and availability for good reason. Their complexity and mellowness, combined with unexpected flavors, make for great drinking. And great eating.

On March 16, Octavia’s Porch will host an exclusive tasting dinner featuring the highly rated, oak aged beers of Innis & Gunn. To join these four special beers, Chef Nikki Cascone has crafted a special menu including Wild Mushroom Knishes with Beer Mustard and Apple Cake with Caramel Rum Sauce.

A representative from Innis & Gunn will be on hand to guide guests through the four beers, which include two new offerings only available in the U.K..

o Rum Cask: Sweet & spicy, with a mellow oak background. A limited bottling, aged in American Oak before being put in Navy Rum barrels for the remainder of the maturation process

o Winter Brew: Natural hints of ripe fruit, vanilla, and caramel. Every ingredient used to brew this beer has been selected for its intensity of flavor. Large amounts of pale ale and crystal malts impart the caramel fruit character, strength and body

o Canadian Brew: Brewed with rye grains and aged in Canadian Whiskey Barrels, then matured for a total of 71 days

o Original Innis & Gunn: Luxurious malt and toffee giving way to mellow oak with vanilla overtones. Balanced by the orange peel citrus character
