Craft Beer and Artisanal cheese: A Perfect Partnership

Monday, November 23, 2009 at 6:30 pm

Join Artisanal Instructor Candela M. Prol for a spectacular evening! The Artisanal Premium Cheese Center is proud to host Brand Specialist Spencer Niebuhr from the award-winning Southampton Publick House. The craft beer revolution took off in the early 1980’s and has been going strong ever since. The Artisanal hand-crafted beer phenomenon has experienced an unprecedented growth in the past few years. Specialty cheeses started in the U.S. at about the same time but have expanded more slowly. American cheesemakers now offer cheeses that are every bit the equal of European cheeses and offer up the same creative, spirited approach as American brewers with craft beers. Tastes a fine selection of 5-6 cheeses from the Artisanal caves and experience the synergies between craft beer and Artisanal cheese. Don’t miss out on this special evening! $75.00 per person

Featured Beers:

Double White Ale, IPA, Pumpkin Ale, Imperial Porter, CuvĂ©e des Fleurs, and Biere de Garde ‘07
