On October 5th, The Vanderbilt will host another 5 course beer dinner. The restaurant is known for supporting local farms and businesses and using local ingredients. For this event, they've teamed up with Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, located nearby in Pleasantville, New York. The brewery was started by Scott Vaccaro, and has won numerous awards, including the Mathew Vassar Brewer Cup for Best Craft Brewery in the Hudson Valley.
