The Vanderbilt to Host Belgian Beer Dinner with Brooklyn Brewery

The Vanderbilt's latest beer dinner is being hosted by Brooklyn Brewery and culinary powerhouses, Garrett Oliver & Chef Saul Bolton. The Vanderbilt has created a menu of Belgian themed dishes to pair with the Brooklyn Brewery beers. This is the Prospect Heights restaurant's third run in their popular series of beer dinner prix fixe menus following those with Sixpoint and Dogfish Head. This next event is 4 courses, 5 beers for $50 on Tuesday, April 19th at 7:30 PM.
