Dundee's Pale Bock Lager poured a clear amber color with a small head. The nose was malty with hints of caramel. The body of this beer was interesting as it had a bock like overtone but turned into a slightly dry lager like finish. The beer had an ABV of 6.25% and 28 IBUs. I used to hate any of the beers from the J.W. Dundee's line but this beer is very good. I believe that High Falls has tinkered with this receipie and has come out with a winner! The web's best resource for all things New York Beer.
